All players pack 14 stones and put them on their shelf, as many as possible in "series" or "rows". SERIES: A series consists of at least 3 stones of the same color with consecutive digits. For example, a red 8, 9 and 10. A series can consist of a number of stones (1-13). The 13 forms the end of each series. After 13, no 1 must be applied. RIJTJE: A row consists of at least 3 stones with the same numerical value, but in different colors. For example, the yellow, red and blue 13. A row can consist of up to 4 colors because each color may only appear in the same row. To start the game, a player must table one or more series and / or one or more queues (of any combination) with a total score of at least 30 points. A player who can not put a starter on the table must pick a stone out of the pot. This is over and the next player is in turn. The game contains 2 jokers that can be used instead of a stone missing in a series or a row. A joker used in the starting line has the point value of the stone for which he replaces. Once a player has set a starter, this player can instantly or later apply one or more stones to any series or row that is already on the table to make it bigger or to manipulate. The player can also take a complete series or row of the shelf and put on the table. If a player does not want to lose a stone, a series or a row, he has to take a stone out of the pot after which the next player is in turn.
